The first incident took place when I sent my vacuum for repairs, only for it to be lost at their repair center. Adding insult to injury, they outright refused to honor the extended warranty!
In another instance, I purchased a refrigerator from them, which was promptly delivered to my house. However, within just 18 days of use, the refrigerator completely ceased to function. Dealing with the company to rectify the issue turned into an absolute nightmare. It took them three days to collect the faulty refrigerator and an additional three days to repair it.
Given that the malfunction was clearly a result of mishandling during loading and unloading, I firmly declined to accept it back and requested a replacement, fully aware of my rights as a consumer. Shockingly, the company not only refused my request but also displayed a complete lack of interest in addressing my concerns when I reached out to them for assistance.
Overall, this company's complete disregard for customer satisfaction and their inability to rectify their own mistakes is nothing short of appalling.

The Customer service agent, Mr. Satheesh, was too rude to me. He even asked me to go and have some Alcohol and chill (I'm a MUSLIM), instead of disturbing them. Even though I was heartbroken and frustrated, I still waited in the store itself for hours. But, they didn't care about my concern and declined to take responsibility for the situation. The only resolution that they came up with was to COVER IT UP with a screen protector.
I even raised the complaint to the Sharaf DG support team. But the same response. As per their claim, I should have either unboxed in front of them or taken an unboxing video.
Guys, please don't buy from them. They don't care about the customers once the product is sold. It's your hard-earned money.
UPDATE: Already mailed Sharaf DG support mail and even called them. The same response. They just behave rudely and refuse to take any responsibility. They are repeating the same thing the Sharaf DG agent said. Worst company to deal with.

I swear to god mini market in Dubai they deliver a better customer service than the person who’s receiving the defect device that they sell in this shop I have put the defect wireless charger a week ago till the day now has called me or even follow up with me so I end up calling them l and chasing them and then they told me that your case is closed how I have no idea , so again explain again and again for the call center that this defect device is heating up a lot and it’s making my brand new iPhone heating and hanging so there an issue with the wireless charger and based on that I need my money back and till the day they have no idea about my case.
What kind of service is this ? Even in Carrfour supermarket they have 100 times better customer service and they know how to talk with the client and treat not the case for Sharef DJ for sure.
The worst experience after 15 years in Dubai not recommended at all , very poor , very bad.
