Rosemarie help me to find what I’m looking for she is very good staffs she know very the products. I will come always at mom store because of service and very friendly staffs.

we had a very positive experience thanks to Rosemarie and Fredrico. We had bought a stroller from another branch and did not assemble it properly. Upon noticing it, they both offered to sort it out and did that instantly. They also did that without asking us to buy anything - which is very typical in Dubai. Thanks to both of them and the store manager for being friendly and for the great customer service that they offered. That level of service is what makes us return to the store as loyal customers.

I tried to buy online, and after 4 days they informed me that the item is not available. They send me email that my money will be refunded in 3 weeks.
Tried to send emails but no replies. I lost the offers on other brands in other stores and I didn't get my money yet. Worst experience ever. No one to buy from them

I had to give this star just to be able to write otherwise I wouldn’t have
The worst customer service ever taking ages to respond and after ages waiting nothing but creating more bigger issues for customers
They are accusing me of lying and the embarrassed all my colleagues who gave vouchers for MoMstore with fake vouchers and after all they said the vouchers already used !!!

I don’t recommend them at all ????????
