We moved to Dubai and I bought a prepaid simcard and paid it for 1 year upfront. Suddenly after 3 weeks I received messages that my card will get suspended when I am not providing virgin mobile with a Emirates id card. Not one word about it as I bought it 1 month ago with my passport. Now they can't do anything and my SIM card is getting suspended. Scam and fraud ! Stay away from them

I waited in chat on the Virgin app and took over 2 hours to get a reply, other than we ate busy and we will get back to you. Two hours later having to keep checking chat, is not my idea of customer care.
The Virgin package and app are fantastic. However the customer care after sales needs improvement to retain customers. New customers are hard to come back so retention should be important to retain them.
So Virgin Managment, you need to put more staff on the chat function.

We asked whether promotion can be applied on the new SIM but staff keep saying that promotion cannot be applied and the staff does not listen to us.
We told the staff that the promotion can be applied via online which we did for the first SIM and even show the promotion via Virgin mobile website. However the staff keep saying that promotion can not be applied like parrot and the attitude was very bad.
If the staff does not know the promotion, the staff need to ask other colle or check with Virgin helpdesk. At least the staff need to respect the customers. Without telling the reason why promotion cannot be applied, the staff cut the middle of customer's complain. The staff works for whom? For himself?
Strongly recommend Virgin mobile to inform the staff about promotion in detail and how to treat the customers.
The staff I met is the worst ever met in UAE.
If you have chance to visit Virgin mobile inside Virgin megastore (Mall of the Emirates), please kindly do not ask/deal with the staff (Chrixxxxx)
On the same after left the store, I manage to get promotion and able to get SIM as well.
Virgin mobile need to hire the staff whom can help customer and respect customer.

I have paid for a number of GB and I receive the half of it and approaching the customer service at the mall ( front of Carrefour) was my biggest mistake as they were very rude and unprofessional at all. asking me and not caring about filing a complaint against them as they don't care. They gave me an email for a manager Majid Khan and he literally does not even try to solve anything. He replied to apologize promising that he would give a call and will solve the issue and that was October 19th 2021 and today is November 3rd and still nothing at all even if we are writing him email he does not reply back. No signature with his email or any contact details (It is a shame on this company) to have this low and poor service coming from Manager to a normal staff. I'll attach the email was sent before to Majid Khan so you can see how unprofessional are they.
