My order was chicken with rice, it tasted good as usual, the surprising thing this time is that there is no garlic sauce, not even mayonnaise, for the first time since my birth that I didn’t find mayo in a restaurant, (even Kouh Al Shay Cafeteria have it)

I have a special child with me. I was second to the customer in front of the cashier, but he was still choosing for his order, like he hadn't ordered yet, I begged that maybe I could buy a rice meal because that's all I'm going to buy so I can finish right away . He said that we have a line, i hope they have priority for special children

A SCAM nothing else !
I have a refund with them since November 16th and nothing is done from their end.
I spoke to 4 team leaders who promise a call back and do absolutely NOTHING. One of them claimed as they are outsourced there is no way they can contact the main office.
Their services are trash !

The staff purposely made me wait even though machines were available and were not polite at all. I am very disappointed but since my daughter wanted to eat I bought food. Never again
