Very bad service, I don't recommend this place at all... I have given for painting touch-up rather then using car color(silver) they put gold color! I mean seriously GOLD COLOR ?? and now its PATCHES, looking very bad. I would have given them - 5 rating if there was an option.

Its not Al naboodah but its 150aed oil change in 45min. Cant beat it... indian flava and nice guys. Waiting room Is very basic but has ac.

We needed an urgent fix of our car air conditioning system. Finding STG on the Internet, we contacted them and they advised us to call straight away.
The garage in located in Al Quoz. We were greeted by Amir, the friendly technician who immediately went to work - 25 mins later, it was all fixed and the GroupOn voucher was accepted. There is a waiting area for customers but no drinks. Toilets are clean. It's not 5-star but they were friendly and efficient - what else do you need when your car's AC stops working, right?

Great folks and easy approachable. Walk in appointment possible. However, I was hoping to get a better results on polishing my headlights. It just took them less than 5 minutes and the result is accordingly.

Very dodgy experience. Paid for groupon voucher deal filter & oil change plus comprehensive car checkup which technician claimed he had done but i could see he hadn't as i was observing him. I knew i have an issue with suspension and needs to be replaced but the guy was claiming the car is in perfect condition. Just to sent me away. It was highly unprofessional experience. My first and last visit.

Completely incompetent. My wife has bother every single month trying to get her repeat prescription for her epilepsy so as not to suffer anymore seizures. Every single time she goes to pick it up she is given some lame excuse from the chemist as to why it's not ready. The chemist blame the medical practice and the medical practice blame the chemist. This is important stuff that they need to get right! It came as no surprise when I heard this practice was being investigated for this very thing. They are also nearly always under-staffed, and the place in general just seems badly run and un-organised. In a word - useless.

Been trying to get HRT for 5 years, kept being told its just my age and im not bad enough, refused to refer me to the menopause clinic, refused to send me to a skin specialist, was diagnosed by a pharmacist as having cyst acne. Moved surgeries after 55 years. Shocking

They only release one week of appointments at a time, two weeks in advance, so it's ridiculous trying to get an appointment as they fill up before half past 8 in the morning and they don't care if your work schedule doesn't allow for early Monday morning calls.

Not sure how many receptionists they have working but one woman in particular is shocking, attitude is rotten and clearly has no interest in her job. and asks quite personal stuff over phone when it should be private and confidential.

The team have been really helpful so far and the new on the day system certainly helps to get an appointment but you still need to be quick.

receptionist speaks shockingly to people for asking if the prescription is ready. Plus the receptionist seem to think it's funny that people are upset. The lack of knowledge on they're patients is shockingly bad! I struggle for any kind of profesonality from this place every single month!

A medical practice that cannot, or will not, provide care or assistance for their patients for an entire week is beyond ridiculous. How this was allowed to happen needs to be investigated

Because I'm face mask exempt I had to wait outside until my appointment time when the nurse came to get me I know covid19 is rife, but this is ridiculous
