Just moved from Miami to Dubai looking for options to upgrade my phone. Ask for “Max” he is the man!!! Super cool guy, very friendly with a big smile. He helped trade my iPhone 12 Pro max to a new 14 pro max. Made it everything smooth and easy. If you are looking for an easy process with great English, no waiting crazy time for someone helping you….I Highly suggest Max ????

Went for a genius appointment. Man who welcomed me was great. Lady who did appointment was so rude and so unhelpful. First she denied there was any issue (no sound, how can you deny that) then said you can replace but I wouldn't bother - not a good sales technique! She was so unhelpful I will now travel to another store to purchase replacement elsewhere.

I have bought Iphone 14 pro max for my wife. Previous Iphone was used in trade in for this purchase. Manager Dilara really helped to do this best. She asked her colleagues for maximum value for old one and accessories for new. I really appreciate her and other personal for it. Great shop and staff.

For repair or maintenance please don’t approach to this store the representatives are very arrogant ,He doesn’t want to answer the customer query

Its ok if they are not providing services for the broken phone or tab but at least reply in good manner
He said “No” I don’t know
After all he is working over there and as representative He should know what service are they providing over there and its timing

I found details for this shop from apple website as authorised maintenance partner
So I visit there from fujairah for replacing my iphone broken screen And it was very bad experience i had ever felt
I forget his name otherwise i would mention his name with double inverted coma
The date was29/6/2023

So guys please don’t choose this location for maintenance
I never suggest buying also from there if they can’t provide proper service why should we go there .
after all we are paying huge amount to get i phone pro max

We met with a really kind and helpful seller, Noura, who could tell us everything about the product we looked for. She was really patient with us and gave space to think witch product to choose. Now im a happy apple watch owner. ;)

Hi, We were entered the store in Marina mall and wanted to buy an iphone 14 pro max and a sales person rushed in and started talking Russain to some other people around us even tho we’ve been waiting there longer and after a good 15 minutes she desiced to finally acknowledge us and it was one of the most humiliating and disappointing acts I’ve seen. I will definitely tell this to everyone I know and write this as a review in any respectable platform. Thank you for the descrimination
