the worse customer service ever , i was shopping for like 10 mins and got no service at all , the African sales girl are only servicing arabic customer , even when i take the bag to pay . she didnt even say hi or hello , she was talking in phone and didnt even look at me :) then theres 2 arabic man come in to the shop .then she say hi . what a sales of the year. and when i go out ,the Security Alarm was ringing , she bring it back to check ,say theres nothing . then i came home and found this tag ... i just wanna tell that sales girl , if u dont know how to respect ppl , no one will respect u also . Aug-17, 9:15 PM. guess DFC brand .

Guess which is an international brand with stylish designs and colors on Jeans or dresses for ladies and gents. Their kids dresses are also good. I like their bags which is long lasting,stylish and affordable in price. I gifted tote bags of Guess for my relatives and all are happy. Their shoes and slippers are also nice.

Minimum is 1 star.. otherwise i would have given zero rating for this shop.. met the worst saleman i ever met in my life in this shop.. forgot to ask his name... very bad experience.. his attitude towards the customer was worse than a normal street shop salesman..

Great collection, but here’s hoping they can cater more sizes & further reduce their prices ???? I have bought my wallet & some shirts here. The atmosphere is nice, music not too loud. Displays are well lighted & coordinated. I also noticed, there were shortage of staff, shouldn’t be the situation since it’s DSS so expect more footfall & because of this customers’ experience suffers.

Very bad experience ....salesman was too rude and unprofessional...
For sure such salesman will spoil the reputation of Guess...i don't recommend anyone to visit this showroom..
