Guy who served me short changed me today. I paid for a shirt with 500 AED note and he said he didn't have change, he then asked what other notes I had so I put all my money on the counter. He took some extra notes and then found change somehow. After checking my wallet I am 300 AED short! Really not happy.. I am leaving early and the shop is closed else 8 would go back to complain.

Staff who categorise customers based on looks leave much to be desired. Surprising to see tee shirts bleeding color; giving rise to suspicion on the quality

I bought an pullover as I heard from the staff the price was 219, it turned out to be 419; when I decided to return and refund it in 5 minutes the same guy told me they do not provide refund and showed me paper with the same. I was not notified of this rule in the moment of buying. It’s very frustrating and disappointing. You lost our family as regular customers. Will choose other retailers who provides normal flexible refund policy

Beautiful shopping experience.. I Met a staff name Nawaf do look out for him when you visit super dry moe really helpful polite and gave good options and choices.. Best customer service experience.. will definitely recommend everyone to visit this store.. Thank you Nawaf for making my shopping a wonderful one.

The products are really good in terms of design and quality. But the staff are not welcoming, not even close to being friendly. Not accommodating and when asked about their sale they do not know until when it will end which is surprising given that majority of staff from other shops are well aware when asked. But that is the lease of what I do not like, what turns me off are the attitude of the staff. They seem to be friendly only to their choice of nationalities. And i was there for 2 consecurive nights hoping that the second night I will see a more friendlier atmosphere than the previous night. No luck for me!

A brilliant place to visit. Pleasant and friendly staff, who were happy to share their knowledge and help you to get a better idea of how the castle functioned. Relatively easy to move around. I even managed to get to the top floor, after finding a second stairway to the ramparts. The guide book is well worth the extra £4.50 and the audio guide was really informative. As it was a school holiday, there were plenty of games and activities for the children and much older children to enjoy too.

Very impressive, well-preserved Castle. Very helpful staff who allowed us close access for disabled very close to the Castle entrance.
You must bear in mind that this is a castle, however, and not at all suited for disabled access. There are steps literally everywhere as is to be expected. I managed to get round it fairly well on a pair of crutches, but wheelchair users or scooter users need not bother.
There's a great cafe near the car park and a good gift shop but this houses the only toilets, so parents with small children or others with a fear of being away from the loo for a couple of hours may need to be aware.
On the whole, well worth a visit with limitations

One of the most impressive castles I have ever seen. Amazing views and colours of the sky always delight me. A few hours walk around the ruins of the castle on the rock, steep stairs to the tower, and green grass around. Good audio guide service. Big carpark and coffee shop.

What a great castle, just what a castle should be, set in wonderful countryside on the English side of the border with Wales. Fantastic, knowledgeable, friendly staff and one of the best cafés around when the weather is hot.

We went to 8 castles in 4 Days and this was easily one of the favorites.
The castle is epic but approachable, grand but compact, and just so fun to explore gwe kept finding more to appreciate. The audio guide was also great and may have pushed Goodrich to #1.

Wonderfully well preserved medieval castle and well managed by English heritage. Nice small cafe at the entrance and very friendly and informative staff.

Very enjoyable visit. We pre-booked tickets as we went on a bank holiday. It got quite busy around midday. Audio guide is highly recommended and is free. Lots of small flies around on the day we visited, bit of a nuisance especially when trying to eat our picnic!

Remote but easily accessible. Great lasting legacy with a lot of areas to explore. The tour is highly recommended, our guide was incredibly knowledgeable and informative. The cafe at the visitor centre is also recommended.
