Tried the fried chicken from here yes its absolutely crispy but there was some weird smell coming out of the chicken and when i went upto them they explained to me that all wings will have that kind of smell and breast pieces won’t have that smell
I did get a breast piece and a wing combo she was good enough to give me a new piece but i have been eating fried chicken from n number of places and never i have smelt anything like that.

But i did get their cheesy fries with jalapeños and they were amazing and one must try them, their sandwiches were good too.

But chicken was horrible.

The staff are not accomodating and she never care if there is a customer infront of her. Shes so rude on her action. Merina is the name of the staff. such a disappointment.

worst experience ever, food is dry and not cooked well,rice is below average,even customer care lady is so rude the way of handling customers.

Texas chicken has always been my favourite place to go. No doubt they serve amazing food. But my experience in Malls of Emirates was pathetic. I can understand the pressure to the staffs because of rush in the food court.
The person named Joanna(I guess from the Philippines ) was so rude & even her reply was extremely RUDE & UNCALLED FOR!!!!
It's was nothing but humiliating.

The reason this specific outlet of fast food chain restaurant gets 5 stars from me is because of their total honesty and speed of service...It was my first time trying texas chicken as I wanted to try something different other than the conventional ones and it blew me away...After the friendly lady took my order I asked how long will it take she just turned and looked at the kitchen and said 3 minutes...Literally by the time I was done taking photos of the place my hot order arrived...The food very well lived up to the expected standard...

You must train your workers to smile and treat customers well
Because when you order a meal, you will feel that they are doing you a favor or charity and there was a lady there who asked me for an extra dirham because I asked to change the Coca-Cola when I wanted to receive the meal

It was one of the worst experience i have ever had!! I went there yesterday and i had fried chicken spicy and it was the first time i see chicken smells like fish and taste was awful, chicken full of blood from inside and since yesterday im having a stomach ache and i think i got poisoned! I will never try this restaurant again !!
