Hey) so after long period of vacation i visited one of my favorite store ….
I have full confidence to rank my store experience in high level of service …. Especially i would like to appreciate all the staff on the shop floor , they are really helpful with every move of mine , they were ready to assist and asking questions…

Lovely place where you can get all your female underwear and lingerie. They have lovely quality underwear and lingerie for ladies including bras too. Got really lovely ones from my wife there and the ladies on the floor were quite helpful in helping me pick the best ones for my wife. It was worth every penny and I also got a discount as well. I’d definitely shop here whenever I visit mall of the Emirates again.

Super pleased with today's shopping experience at Victoria's Secret. Best bra shopping experience I must say. From the bra specialist fitting to then transferred to another lady for her to help me pick out the colours and the matching undies. Super smooth and everyone was very welcoming and friendly.

Even to the cashier, she actually noticed one of my undies size were different and it is because of the cut. This was a very considerate thought to check if it is the right size. Great customer service.

I must applaud the fitting room too. Well dimmed lighting so that you feel comfortable in trying out the clothes. Love it!

I ordered online and opted to pick it up in this branch, 4-5 days and never heard about my order. I went to the MOE branch to check what happened to my order because last time it only took 2 days for them to send me a message(picked it up in Mirdif). When I came, the shop was almost empty (like 2-3 customers)since it was still morning. One saleslady in the entrance just told me to go to the cashier and check. I talked to a Filipina lady and she just told me the order is there and that the delivery team will just call me. She did not even bother checking in their system, which I believe they have it. I left and waited the following day, the day after and nothing, so I have to reach the call center. So to cut it short the call center told me that there was a technical issue and my order was cancelled. If i did not call them, I don't think they will even try to reach and inform me sooner. Very very poor customer service for a big name like that.

Victoria secret in mall of the Emirates. Zero customer satisfaction, even to the regular customer. That looks ok for now but in a long run it will show the negative consequences. All they were told to talk nice but tell the customers “we dont care” in a nice way.
