The professionalism, the genuine care, the helpfulness and extra attention (She lowered the volume of the music to allow me to more comfortably speak on the phone!) of Patience (it’s her name!) has been extraordinary! A pleasure to shop with such caring and professional staff!

Such a horrible cs experience.
I get to the shop to an impolite, rude sales rep 1st she was kinda sleepy on her desk looked very not interested me walking in
I asked Hi it says 30-60% , further reduction
Her Reply I think You are late we Started this 2 months ago in a very rude way
My reply sorry if I am disturbing you seems like I am an unwelcome guest
Her Reply was THAT'S UR JUDGMENT I DUNNO WHY YOU TAKING IT SO HARD !!!!!!
