They have very good staffs but rude manager. The arab cashier keep dagger looking at me, rounding at me like, what? They think I am not going to buy. And i ask one staff if from where is your manager so she told me egyptian. I said ok that’s why you keep following the customer. I said if i need something i will call dont follow me. And after she scold the staff. My God!

Just recently visited there’s a variety of clothes but didn’t face staff as I have read reviews and the clothes are a bit high price and there was not much variety.

Nice collection , customer service is really good Ms. Hnin is so helpful and caring just want to say thanks, the other staff was so rude and keep following to the customer which surprised me a lot ,please give some training to the staff how to treat your customers

I usually shop in forever 21 ibn but a week ago i had a very bad experience with a staff who was tending at the ladies fitting room when she insisted i had taken the tag yet i had informed the other collegue i had forgotten it in the changing room. She said in her words "can u come n look i have searched all the rooms its not there n check your bag also ". Made me feel like a thief n discriminated n when i went to room 3 it was just hanging there. Took it n gave it back not even an apology
