I love shopping Rolex @ Mall of the Emirates…the place is so nice and well managed …the staff is approachable and exceptional ! Fantastic! …Nice dealing with Miss Alice …she is so friendly and one of a kind …keep it up Miss Alice , we are not coming there without Miss Alice … Miss Alice is doing the great job for us always… remarkable salesmanship …God bless miss Alice

Further to visiting a number Rolex Showrooms around the world, I would like to commend the staff at the at The Rolex Boutique in Mall Of The Emirates.
After a very long wait I finally became the proud owner of a Royal Blue Submariner Date. I understand the frustration many customers face as a result of the unavailability of desired models, however, this is no fault of the staff in the showroom.
I would like to mention Ms. Fatima who was extremely polite and very professional and Mr. Shaker who was very courteous, professional and took time to explain all the features of the watch and other benefits associated with purchasing a Rolex. I have visited The Rolex Boutique a number of times and I’ve always had a very positive experience. I recommend The Rolex Boutique to anyone wishing to purchase a Rolex.

Updated. I came back for a second time and I'm happy to report that my experience was much better. Nikolai, the assistant who assisted me during my second visit, was extremely helpful and provided me with excellent service. My watch was delivered to me within three weeks, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. I appreciate the effort Rolex made to address my previous concerns and ensure that I had a better experience the second time around.

Original. I was disappointed with the service provided by one of your assistants during my recent visit. The Russian woman who assisted me was extremely rude and dismissive, which made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome in your store. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy. I hope that you will address this issue with the assistant in question to ensure that future customers have a better experience.

Actually their sales team is so unprofessional..I went their tonight to follow up my request that I did last year !! The girl sales person their was so rude telling me after waiting one year ,that we can’t promise that u can get the watch as it maybe discontinue anytime !! When I told her that (lady date just )is a classic model & it can’t happens she told me we never knows !! Then she added to her negativity that u may receive a text msg if the model is cancelled or not !!! When I told her it’s not logic !!!she tried the 3rd way to cancel any hope telling me if the watch that u are waiting for come to our store we will check your profile 1st & check if u are eligible for this or not !!! Is it true !!! & what’s the good profile that she is waiting for ? Should I come with my bank account details to proof for her that I’m a good girl who deserve the watch !!!????????u200d♀️???? How can you hire a sales person that avoiding the customers from buying ..she was about to tell me forgot about it !!!!
Plus I checked before 4 times during the last year with the sales their , they always promised that my request is active & once it come they will call !! The lovely lady today told me it’s a wish list not a waiting list & we can’t promise you that waiting for one year that u will get it !!
Actually Rolex all over the world is cheaper than Rolex Dubai !!so here we are dealing with high price & low professionalism & less respect to the customer !!! It’s really disappointing ..

Visit the Rolex store in the Mall of the Emirates today (27 October 2021) and I was attended by a young man called Eduardo, he was extremely helpful, polite and knowledgeable. A big shout out to him and a big thank you. He found me a short term fix to my problem with consummate ease. Based on the service and advice I received today I have no hesitation in giving this establishment a 5 star rating.

Really bad customer service. You come to buy a $20k watch and they do not bother to take your order or inform you properly. Basically they sell everything that do not bother on new clients. Tallest towers I have seen fallen!

Just got snobbed out of there by a Russian woman on shift today. 2nd April @1:45pm. Brought my son in for his 11th birthday. The air of entitlement and the sheer arrogance to shoot us out of there. Lady pointed us in the direction on another mall where they have Rolex watches.

He's a tutor watch owner and now can't stand the thought of Rolex. You just lost a young customer. Shame really. Seems to be the story of Rolex.
