This church is the most friendly and welcoming church I have ever been to ever in 44 years. The Pastor, Glenford Gordon, I have known for 31 years is the leader of a God-filled church of people committed to serving and praising the Lord. The energy of the services through the preaching and music is, by virtue of its very essence, relevant to 21st century worship. The preaching is made applicable to our modern lives and guides us through the Bible’s wisdom and advice in dealing with situations we encounter on a daily basis and maybe need help with to deal with them wisely. For local youth there is a Youth Club on a Friday night at 6.00pm and on Saturdays they run a Supplementary School that has been successful in raising pupil progress and attainment in school. There is a dominoes group, a bible study meeting mid week, along with a women’s fellowship and a mid week prayer meeting. In short, this is a vibrant church that is full each Sunday with a congregation that receive all visitors and people searching with the warmest and most loving welcome I have ever known. If you want to sing your heart out and be guided by intelligent and informed preaching that inspires you and brings you to a deeper understanding of God, then you are most welcome.
