Getting appointments has always been quick and easy.
The staff are always very friendly and listen carefully to my problems. They have been quick to then refer me to the correct place, where I can then get the right treatment.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Always feel confident taking myself or my child there.
The steps in place for an appointment are great. The online service is just cleaver and it works

As a patient I have to congratulate the management team who runs this Centre. The service is unbelievable great and everything starts with their appointment system which make easy to book a clinical appointment.

The clinical team care about patients opinion and value patient’s view. I hope they continue growing and keep the excellent service.

Great experience with Alison who has done two blood tests for me in the last month. She’s calm, quick, efficient, and the blood tests aren’t uncomfortable like they have been with other practitioners. Thank you so much Alison :)

At my first visit to Wilmslow Health Centre I entered with some trapidation. This feeling was unfounded as all my subsequent visits were met with friendly and highly professional personnel, and my cases were dealt with speedily and everything was patiently explained to me. A credit to our community.

Triage could be so much more efficient. I asked on the web form to get bloods- yet i was asked for face 2 face meeting with gp. 30mins wasted in trying to get there, circle the parking 4x times as no spaces for a 5min consultation to be told to book an appointment with a nurse and come back again. A telephone call wouldve sorted this and one appointment.

Fabulous service from the reception staff to the doctor. Help from the start with type of appointment whether it be phone consultation or f2f, never have to wait more than a few days for a face to face appointment and never feel rushed when talking to the doctor. Other clinics should take the example of how this practice is run. Excellent service, thank you

I have been a patient here for 6 years and have always been happy with the service. Since the introduction of online consultations via the electronic form, and telephone appointments, I have found accessing health care to be even easier. I have seen Dr Alasam and Dr Hitchen the most and both are really good.
