I ordered for meat pizza and got spicy ranch pizza. At fist when I went to counter the cashier said me wait in very rude way so I returned and came back once he finished dispatching his delivery order . He looks very tired but though he can’t be rude with anyone who comes to have meal . Later I came back and ask him for large meat pizza , he said me choose the sauce , I asked about sauce he said spicy ranch is good and it’s best selling . I also asked him for buffalo dip. What I receive was not ordered and it was garlic sauce with my pizza . Understaff and stressed staff can ruin everyone’s hunger . Worst experience ever. I had been to Wafi mall several time but always had great service in that branch . This is pathetic.

Had pizza for lunch season gardens...pizza crust was good loved it also came on time , garlic butter sauce also very good , but no ketchup and No small spoon for butter Gaelic sauce .... Rest it's good brand ...

They have options for Non-Vegetarian pizza's but just a few or two options for vegetarian one's! The taste is good!

This review is specifically to the PAPA JOHNS outlet I visited in “Ibn Battuta mall” and I’m posting this is because of the REPLY I received from this outlets team, when I gave them the feedback.

Last week, Saturday, I ordered a chicken pizza combo which had chicken wings and Pepsi. The pizza was absolutely tasty. The ISSUE was with the **CHICKEN WINGS**.

The chicken wings **wasn’t cooked well** and I had to throw the 3-4/4-5 in quantity due to this reason. It was absolutely pathetic. (I feel bad for wasting the whole food. Even if it had a bit of its taste I would have had it, to avoid wastage).

I went back to the counter and gave this feedback, to which they said, “AS IT WAS PEAK TIME WE COULDN’T COOK IT WELL” to which I replied
“it’s not about you keeping the customers wait, you can inform us it’s a taking some time than expected due to peak time but it’s about the quality of food you provide them at the end.”

I wouldn’t have posted this review if the team had handled it well. Their reply did upset me. How can you just give an uncooked chicken just because you couldn’t handle the peak.
Poor customer service. Nothing against the PIZZA AND PEPSI.

Do not order for delivery!
Do not pay by card!
They accept order and payment without rider.
After 2 hours calling and saying that no have rider, so no delivery. If you need your food come to collect it yourself.
Or you can cancel the order and you can wait for few weeks for refund.
Unbelievable!!!!

I placed order thru their app on Wednesday 20 Oct 2021, they didnt send kids pizza but charged for it.
Couldn't connect with human being at there customer service number just WhatsApp chat. There to no response for almost 25 mins.
Spoke to the staff at store, his response was 'it is impossible that you didn't get your pizza'.
On asking for refund after giving proof he said he will get back... I'm still waiting to hear from them.
Horrible experience
