I have dealt with Ms. Melody from Barsha mall br. She was extremely polite, helpful & patient.
I also noticed that she is full of knowledge about Cuple although she joined the company 8 months ago only, I knew it because I'm a very old customer of Cuple. Last but not least I would like to thank Mr. Abdullah from customer service for the great effort he has put to solve my problem
