I was ordered food around 12:15 and asked them what time you can deliver i need urgent please
They said within half n hour
I was wait for food then i asked he said on the way on the way on the way
The distance was from resturent to delivery location only maximum 8-10 min but i was wait till 1:20
After that I text and said cancel my food i didn’t get any reply from them
After around 1:40 he text and said delivery guy bike is puncture

My concern is
It can be happen at least don’t waste your time and customer too
at least pass the right information then if we are fine with them we can accept it other wise will also inform you ….

Neither good nor bad level. Their quality and taste of food is below average. Just for hungry, we can go and have something. Otherwise not so recommend.

Only good food, I have felt better is Kerala style tea, Chicken tikka porotta and avacado juice. Rest all are just ok.

Poor quality of food ,bad attitude from staff !!!
Please don’t go here ! I think the staff who is here just sitting to show up that they are working bug actually don’t/ Never ever go here thinking you will get good kerala food.I have been visiting this restaurant place frequently, but suddenly their service become very bad !!!!!! Once I had placed an order for Prawns biriyani and that prawns was like not cooked even.

@ Tasty Gardens management - please find out some other business. If you can’t do this properly ????????????

Worst food ever I had tried, specially don't try manchow soup and falafel + they have there own policy's created from different world totally.

Advice - Never ever try this restaurant.

Food is not so good as per their price, if you are hungry and there is not another option you can try it.

Worst food ever. No quality and not ready to refund. I received spoiled food twice. And they were not ready to accept it.

Great little restaurant away from the main busy area of the town. Proper family Italian restaurant, great professional and friendly service. Lovely atmosphere in a bright and clean dining room.
The food was great, especially the chili prawn pasta dish, beautiful fresh seafood. Try the cacio e pepe arancini starter, you will not be disappointed!

I can safely say this was one of the best dining experiences I've had in my life. From the moment we walked into Monti Ristorante, we felt like VIPs. All the staff are so welcoming and such a delight. The owner is an absolute gent - he should be very proud of the masterpiece of a restaurant he has created.

We opted for the Sauvignon (incredible, a stunning wine), shared the Mussels (beautiful) and had the Carbonara and Clam Spaghetti for mains - we ate every last bite. Simply delicious!

If we ever come back to Southend we will 100% be coming back to Monti and will also be recommending this beautiful restaurant to all of our friends and family. Thank you so much!

Came across this restaurant randomly on a drive. Wow, what a great experience. The restaurant is very nice but the food was exceptional!!! Highly recommend this place!

What a lovely little restaurant, right in the heart of Southchurch! The food, atmosphere and service were all amazing and it was such a nice place for couples, families or friends to get together. The restaurant itself was decorated really beautifully and you really felt as though you were part of a big family; that being said, it still had a cozy vibe to it too. The food was delicious and packed full of flavour; we tried the bruschetta and suppli to start, along with the polenta i zola (I've seen this on a few menus and wanted to try it - so so good and definitely worth getting!!!). We then had the wild boar tagliatelle which was lovely and bursting with flavour too, and finally finished off with the tiramisu. All and all, it was a lovely first visit and we will definitely be returning! :)

Excellent little place. Feels like home with true and authentic nona’s food. Service is ultra nice and overall we loved it.

Had a faultless meal!

Came for my Mum's birthday and we went for the lot - starter, mains and dessert!

Reasonably priced for the quality of the food and drinks. Service was impeccable and friendly, a true family owned business!

A 10/10 - would recommend again!

With very few options on this town for Italian. I think this one ticks all the boxes. Food options are good and staff is amazing with excellent service. Pizza is not that great but pasta has better taste. Prices are very reasonable and has very nice dining area indoor. Enjoy
