I stayed here for two weeks. It's good hotel and maintained well. Breakfast is good and had lot of Indian dishes.
The best thing is they also provide filtered drinking water at every floor where you can fill our water bottles for free otherwise Drinking water is something we need to buy everyday in Dubai.
Location is approx 5-7 mins walkable distance from Dubai metro station 'The Gardens'

Please note I’m editing this review after my first comment with 1 star.. we all make mistakes and are not perfect, but important to take feedback positively and make attempt to improve. I’m happy that team at Chelsea lead by Vaishali have taken necessary steps to improvise on points highlighted. Points shared earlier was taken constructively..
Wish them good luck and hoping to see further improvements while I or any of the other tourists visit.

Note, I haven’t got any discount or freebies for above review! It’s genuine feedback after having highlighted the issue for a week. Second week while there, I could see some improvements..

This is my 2nd time in Chelsea. The 1st time I stayed was for a month. We were about to go home to Abudhabi last night but decided to sleep instead as I was too sleepy to drive. We were offered a great deal for a night stay with my family. Location is close to all your basic needs, e.g. mall, supermarket, metro station, restaurant, even pharmacy. Room may need a bit of upgrade but its clean, and staff are accomodating..

Excellent hotel Service is awesome at night around 12 am the refrigerator started making sound . I called and in 10 min technician came and by morning It was replaced with a new one . The service is excellent near to metro station by walk 10 minutes as well as IBN batuta mall ample of Restaurant supermarkets near by pharmacy stores and peaceful stay.

Well I think so they would upgrade their serivces when it comes guest needs.
Cleanliness, let them check the room for dusting. Compare to other hotels its all there.

Hygiene also is very important most specially to the room services.

Needs improvement for your services and provide all what we needs.
Not as I expected 6 / 10.

This Hotel Is Amazing for Vacation & Service also Good ..The staff are very Welcoming and humble . The hotel environment is also Good rooms are Neat and Clean .
