I dealt with Ali Arif at the main reception desk and was blown away by his knowledge. He helped me so much with understanding various processes from my company in a simplified way. He is exceptionally professional, very well mannered and really helpful. We need more staff like him in all government sectors. Every time we visit he always meets us with a smile.

Must do step as part of your Emiratisation (getting your Emirati ID).
Simple, quick and efficient process. Nice staff and very informative video training.
30 mins process in total.
Enter the building, register with your passport. Get paper with QR code.
Wait for the video to start. Choose video language. Scan your QR code.
Watch video (25 minutes). Finish video. Get receipt with stamp and QR code. Get your picture taken and leave.
Super easy and available every day from 7:30am to 8pm. Thanks for the pleasant experience.
Parking available outside and disable ramp available.

Awesome center with excellent , super helpful staff like Mr Fawaz who go out of their way to delight the customers . He not only took extra care to reduce my wait time, but also guided me to the best approach for reducing my cost for services. Highly recommend the entire center and Mr Fawaz for their amazing attitude and customer centricIty .

Tawjeeh is such an efficient branch of government. The staff and facilities are smart.
They are helpful and organized.

It is easy to send off people there (staff) because they are guided well. The facility is also bright and clean. Kudos Team!

The officer that I was assigned to this afternoon knew the rules/requirements and was very quick at getting the job done. Thank you! The center has parking, its well laid out and clean.
