They have the best tea ???????? Best part is they serve it in a glass like how they use to have it traditionally back home. Forgot to take a photo of the tea tho. ????????

Serves one among the good, if not the best, tasting fresh-milk-teas in the vicinity, for 1 AED a cup.

Snacks are just as good as is expected from any such cafeterias, specialising in favourite tea-time snacks from Kerala (Malabar mostly at that).

One can have their tea/snacks in peace, as the surrounding street is not crowded as is the case with a “junction” a little over 100 meters away.

With plenty of place to park, and attentive service, you need not worry about lazy folks parking dead in the middle of the street to order a tea blocking the road and the ensuing traffic honking.

Location of this restaurant is great, in breezy evenings a stroll around this place and a quikc karak alomg with their cheese or honey paratha is amazing. On hot summers they have served us amazing cold press juices and their bite range i.e samosa, sandwich burgers etc are good also. A good little corner cafeteria

One of my favorite cafeteria in the area for fresh milk tea, which surprisingly costs only 1dhs. The snacks are cheaper compared to other similar cafeterias. If you’re looking for amazing yummy snack items, yet inexpensive.. this is the place to go.

Their Avocado juice is something you should definitely try.

I had a great experience in having fresh milk tea from Tea Garden Cafeteria. I rarely get that combination of tea, sugar and milk. Nothing more or less, perfect tea. Now a days some of my friends are also visiting here from Sharjah. Try it at least once, you’ll understand what I meant.

Great place for cheap and cheerful tea and snacks. Unlike most other similar joints, the snacks here are usually fresh and not cold and soggy.
Tea could be a bit better but can't complain for AED 1 !
