Bought a men’s crew neck from this particular outlet. After one wear the product shrunk despite washing it EXACTLY how the instructions state on the label. Upon going back, I was told that I would have to wait for a managers approval, something that couldn’t be done over the phone (as the manager wasn’t in) but wait till they were back in store. Then I was told to come back to the store through phone call only to be told that nothing could be done. Manager also tried to insinuate that I maybe hadn’t washed it properly as no one had a complaint before.

Terrible service, waste of money.
