I really loved the quality of the clothes and the staff were helpful. The prices increased a bit, but it does pile up if you buy lots of clothes. The female dressing rooms were a mess, there were hangers and clothes on the seat and ground. It definitely hadn’t been cleaned for a while, since it was very dusty.

Hollister has been our favourite brand for a long time. Once I bought 2 full sleeve t-shirts of same model for my husband and I. But after first wash itself both the t-shirts got stained with it’s own color. Since the t-shirt was multicoloured with white, maroon and black it was very visible.

We spoke to store manager about this and she was very arrogant to us. Irrespective of what happened she was trying to blame us for not washing properly etc. She was very rude to us and also we had a very bad customer service at the store.

The brand Hollister as in is good, but the customer service we had at Hollister Mirdiff City Centre doesn’t even deserve 1 star.

Excellent service! A store attendant called Kate became my personal shopper and helped me find exactly what I wanted. She was very friendly and sweet and overall a great person. The clothes are of good quality and perfect for teenagers. Can't recommend it enough.

Instead of ordering online and getting delivered from US after three weeks, it is the best option to visit here and buy instantly. Price difference is very low.
