Jasmin is one of the most helpful and genuine sale representative, she went out and beyond to help me, I had made a wrong order for the size of the mattress and I needed it urgently as I moved into my new place, and she managed to cancel the order and help me, she deserves a raise. Best regards

We received a very uncomfortable Mattress. Nothing like the one we tried in the store which we paid a lot of money for. And the after sale service is even worse.
Been try to call them for almost 2 months, most of the time no one answers, and when they do, they tell me “don’t worry sir we sent an email and someone will contact you soon” this happened maybe 2 or 3 times. Then when they finally said they will send someone to inspect the mattress, no one showed up. When i called them they told me that they are very busy with deliveries today, someone will come tomorrow.

We recently moved to Dubai, furnished the house from scratch. This is the only purchase we regret.

Worst store ever!

We have bought a mattress in end of 2019 it was soft before 3 weeks we gave the mattress for repairing . They bring it back with not the same softness its so uncomfortable now!!!! We paid a lot for it and it has 10 years warranty. very unprofessional. Please reply me asap

Jenny has given the best service we could ever ask for. She is truly an asset to your team. She was so patient explaining me the benefits and I explained what I was looking for on a long term. I went with the intention of buying just a mattress but ended up purchasing more items. I have come across many sales people who just try to sell you things with the intention of hiking up sales but she doesn’t as she will explain you the benefits of the products and leaves it to you to decide. I bought a mattress from The Mattress Store and was assisted by your staff Hala. she gave me the best option for my bed , her way of describing and knowing my requirements made it easy to find with her the best choice. The mattress turned out to be super comfy and I am recommending it to my friends as well , thank you Hala :-)

A lady employee of Arab origin did not seem interested to assist. There was only one other customer in store with us, who was looking at options. Your lady rudely said she was busy!! Pathetic
