I am absolutely thrilled to have had the chance to experience an amazing meal at Costa! From the moment I walked in, I was struck by how friendly and welcoming their staff were. The restaurant itself had a modern yet cozy design and was remarkably clean, adding to my overall positive experience. My meal of choice was the traditional Italian dish of Lasagna, which blew me away! It was flavourful and hearty - a total comfort food classic but with Costa's own special flavor twist, making it one of the best versions of this beloved dish that I've ever tasted. Overall, I'd rate my visit to Costa an absolute 10/10 - I don't think I could fault it in any way!

I asked to get cream with coffee. They asked aed 5.5 to add one spoon of creamy milk with the black coffee.
Which we never have this charge anywhere else.

Love their coffee all the time. The desserts are fine. Got discount using my NBD card. Good place to bond with friends

The service has gone down... Staff ar not welcoming and they look like they are forced to work. And don't forget the attitude

Drinks mostly the same as other Costa branches but staff is very bad and not paying well attention to customers requirements.
