I have been a die-hard fan of The Body Shop ever since my Mom first introduced me to cruelty-free brands when I was a kid. I love the branch at the Mall of the Emirates for its variety in products and regularly do my animal-friendly purchasing from here.

I especially adore their body scents (score for Black Musk), lotions, hand creams and lip balms (big fan of Shea Butter). While all their products are cruelty-free and do not test on animals, they also have many vegan options.

Two of my favorite products are the Brazilian Cupuacu Scrub-in-Oil and Hawaiian Kukui Cream. After giving yourself a deep exfoliating Brazilian body scrub, apply the nourishing and rich kukui cream. FYI the body cream is rich and thick, and I recommend airing out for at least 10-15 minutes.

My most recent purchase is the Nicaraguan Coffee Intense Awakening Mask. For those of you who cannot get enough of coffee and are into compassionate beauty, this face mask smells so good! Just like your mood after your daily cup of coffee, your skin feels rejuvenated and awake.

I went to buy three product

At the cashier the seller advised me to take one box because it is cheaper and all the three products inside

I said okay

And then he scanned everything: the box + the three products

I stayed silent because I decided this is my last visit to this branch

I visited many branches and they are very clear when selling people

I don’t know what is the problem here

I would vote for -10X, minus if it allows me. The sale person is very rude and unprofessional for these reasons:

1) they force you to buy their Recommended products, which is more expensive. Even tho you know what you want to buy.

I was there to buy a soap that I wanted, she changed for another one when I was ready to pay. When I found out, she told me the product I wanted can’t be scanned, so better to buy what she recommended! EXCUSE ME!? This is thief behaviors.

2) when I asked for products, she was impatient, give you the attitude like you don’t know anything! These sales people feel like they are knowledgeable, if so why they are just a sales ? Think too big of themselves but in the reality they don’t even have the basic job requirements- helpful, respectful for customers. I wonder where those are from. Judge people with 0 respect and patience.

I hope those salesman can be fired soon so I can enjoy my shopping for next time.

Beware while getting the billing done. They try to mislead you with offers which are not to customers interest rather the salesperson benefit .

The shop is located on one of the streets of the Mall of the Emirates. It only sells its branded products and not other shops sell its products. It is a corner shop and quite nice. However the products sold are quite expensive, more expensive than the ones found in my own country. They had the product I was looking for but it wasn't worth buying it. The staff was nice and helpful.

It's okay
Some staff needs more training to deliver 100% Customer Satisfaction.

I had noticed that the main goal of the staff to just sell out the product not giving all the information to customer.

Some of them lie to the customer.

Third rated customer service. Instead of assisting the support staff were talking amongst themselves.
Worst part is when I selected items one staff snatched it from me and kept talking with her colleague. And finally she threw my receipt at me. What the heck! This kind of behaviour is completely unacceptable.

The staff here were all very unwelcoming. I am not sure maybe because I'm a filipina or that they thought I wasn't really buying. Every time I picked an item the lady was getting it out of my hand and putting at the counter, so suffocating. After I chose my items, they didn't even suggest something and they were not very helpful! That arab lady should know customer service. They are damaging a good brand, I am a fan of Body Shop since Singapore but this kind of staff shouldn't be employed here.
