I was a customer ordering from talabat.
At first it was okay then they started running out of stock for certain items. My last order was a steak with berries I received a salmon with lentils and it was so salty that I had to throw it. After submitting a complaint on the app I receive a call saying they can offer a 20 percent discount on my next order seriously poor customer service at least they could have was offered a replacement . So do not be fooled by them they lack consistency in providing a good quality product

I found a hair in my salad and I called the restaurant and they said we can give you voucher of free delivery or refund and then I said I don’t need anything Talabat will refund me with credit and they said okay!!! Like nothing happened and that it’s okay !!! And the problem is I found the hair while I was in the middle of my meal !

Ordered from here for lunch yesterday. Delivery was quick and everything was packed well.

The bowls are healthy and tasty!! The portion sizes are very filling too. They have non-veg., veg., & vegan bowls.

I ordered a Spicy Bulgur, Chicken & Pomelo Bowl which is a good mix of animal protein, veggies like bell peppers, tomatoes, cucumbers, baby spinach, radish & fruits like pomelo & pomegranate, and yummy bulgur. It also came with a delicious lemon sriracha dressing.

My favorite was the Chicken Shawarma & Hummus bowl. It was almost like digging into a shawarma, minus the bread.

I also tried a Vegetarian bowl - Freekeh & Roasted Vegetables Bowl. Smoky freekeh with roasted veggies like zucchini, cauliflower, beetroot & squash. It’s topped with pomegranate seeds & walnuts. Also came with tahini dressing.

They have healthy dessert like Date Balls too.

Tiny portions .. I used the 50% promo code from Talabat and received bowls that are 50% empty. I am not sure if this is the usual size or they made it half because of the promo code, but will not be ordering again as I feel this company is being dishonest with their customers and partners.

I just ordered from talabat from the outlet in Al bandar in Abu Dhabi. I'm very disappointed with the 'new' spicy maroccan bowl i got delivered. The new recipe is not close to how it used to before the summer. This is a completely different salad than before the summer, it has now couscous, cauliflower, radish, different salad, capsicum etc.
It has no avocado, spinach, chickpeas, dried apricot or pomegranate seeds, so a completely different salad, however the sauce is the same.
I used to order several times a week, but I will not continue as this was very disappointing.

???? Good Bowl’s healthy food options are tasty and nutritious! This is spicy Moroccan and date balls. The dish was generous, very fresh and satisfying. The date balls taste really good without being too sweet and make a healthy snack for later on . Definitely recommend for delivery and looking forward to dining in the restaurant. ????????

Not too bad but nothing remarkable either. The portion was pretty ok, and it took about 40 minutes for delivery. The miso dressing of thr vegan bowl was too salty and my stomach got a little upset after eating the vegan bowl. For the salmon lentil bowl, both the salmon and lentils were good seasoned. It was overall ok but I don't think I will order from here again.

Instagram: @makram.radwan, Delivery was fast, the packaging was good. As a bowl lover I enjoyed finding several vegan bowl options in their menu but very disappointing not finding any seafood bowl. The taste of 2 vegan bowls I had was good. There’s some creativity in the bowls they have and it’s not typical like other places I’ve tried. I really hope they add some seafood bowls in the future.
