Arrived for a late lunch (around 2pm) and was seated immediately. There were no vegan options on the menu but they adjusted a quinoa salad for me. The salad tasted very fresh and I enjoyed the different textures and rich flavours of the fruit and vegetables. Service was also swift and exceedingly polite. The soft classical piano playing on tape in the background added to the classy ambiance. Not a great choice for vegans, but I enjoyed my meal here nonetheless.

Went for the Coronation Afternoon Tea.

Was seated for 10 mins before having to ask someone if we could be served and presented with a menu. Was finally told it included all teas and coffees. Asked for a mocha to be told the coffee machine was busy. Asked for a tea with milk. Both times received without milk.

Food was really good and great option of it being buffet style so that you could go back, but we missed out on a few things that we saw other tables have, and again had to ask.

Service was poor. Not sure why. Many staff working but all just constantly walking passed us without stopping. Our table was cleared twice, both times because I had to ask. In the end I stacked our cups and plates at the side.

Such a special day for me being British, a lovely set up, but unfortunately really let down by the service resulting in me not returning in the future.

Amazing place qmutimw of tha day free breakfast/ lunch / dinner or just a coffee.
I love the ambience and the feel, the service is always great and I often go there to relax and just get my work done on laptop.

Saru from lobby and nisar from Bukhara served our group of 12 members efficiently and with a smiling face. We are really satisfied with the excellent service. We have again planned to visit the place next week.

Excellent service

I had a great time here in rits Carlton. Their lobby lounge is amazing with a great view. The staffs are really knowledgeable and helpful. The way they approach you and talk is professional and they make guests comfortable.
I would like to mention the name of jithu who served me in lobby lounge and his service was exceptional. I would love to be back in this place. Quite simply brilliant service.

This place is amazing very elegant and chilled.
We went for an high tea, authentic tea and delicious snacks and sweets.
Gaby the lady that serves me was amazing she is so kind and friendly.
Thank you ???? I will come back with my girls for this lovely afternoon high tea

Awesome place to sit and relax and listen to the band playing somewhere in the background. Good for some tea and light grubs ????
