Those 5 starts goes to one person only for great customer service and his name is Hany who is the store manager in marina mall. After having a lot of issues with quality of mattresses and it was on going problem for a month if not more eventually all been solved and finally I was recommended the right product by Hany and the problem was solved . But if it’s not for him I would not recommend this company, as I was advised first totally wrong product which doesn’t not suit my needs . Overall I stayed satisfied and happy with final product. Thanks

I am not sure how to narrate or corroborate my experience but certainly they don't help you sleep at night instead by not delivering the matress gave me a sleepless night

Ordered a matress online, with delivery date 10th March time 6 to 9 pm..
Wasn't delivered till 8:08pm so called them.. very polite and passionate lady assured to get someone to speak to me no one called.. I called again and this time no one picked up the phone ..
Called a number the guy told me to do a WhatsApp chat to resolve it.. he said he can't help me.. did the chat but seems like a ghost mode ...no one responds back..
So not sure how the matress will be but the customer service is very poor, and I don't think they can handle on time fulfillment , so if this is the case then the after sales customer service will be as bad if not worse ..
I am not sure what else to say.but don't do a credit card payment .. just wait for the delivery and pay by cash , better to buy from other places with onetime delivery and good customer service .. never buying from here again...

Horrible experience, REPORTED TO DED! The base of the bed was wrongly constructed upon delivery and had to be returned. The delivery team said another team would come and pick up. Took them 5 days to come and collect it ("We will come tomorrow, inshallah" for five days). Still haven't reveived my refund 6 weeks later. Would not recommend this company to anyone.

I had wonderful experience visiting the mattress store at dubai marina mall, mira (the sales) was assisting me & figuring my issues & requirements! I had a successful experience using the massage chair to release body pain, I had to buy a new mattress, including cover, and bed sheet sets, very much satisfied by all experience from start and there shall be no end, thank you Mira & marina mall branch team!

I’ve been to the store and I was amazed not only by their great selection, but also the great knowledge I received from Mira (one of the employees). She took her time to show me around and was very kind and welcoming. Thank you Mattress Store and thank you Mira!

Very bad customer service the person was busy on phone not interested to attend no answer to customer he might be assuming which customers will buy and which customers will not buy seems like the person is moody and not in mood to attend even not allowing to touch anything inside store not allowed using words
