No warranty on their defective goods. My sons trainers fell apart because the lace holder was not manufactured correctly. I was informed they do not have warranty on their goods sold. Just a 2 week return policy. Shocking. This is what I expect of a shop in Dubai 15 years ago. Not in 2022. Lost a loyal customer.

Worst experience with online shopping and return or finding new size only… loosing items on sale, loosing value and not being able to get what I want! Only because of sizes issue and returning policy! Shop teams not supportive and e-commerce apart from retail makes all mass worse when adding return policy and refund takes like ages, had to remember and check on account if refunded…. I love Adidas but this experience makes me question worth of the value to bother…

I bought online as they have greater variety than on the store. However, 2 garments I bought, both develop a strong smell after sweating, this doesn't happen to any other brand I own.

The one star is because I contacted support and they wouldn't do anything about it, I wouldn't buy garments online again neither from adidas in the future.

Disappointing.

Don't just don't buy online from adidas.ae. I received the wrong item and returned it. Refund takes ages, 2 weeks since i sent the product back and i'm still waiting for my money..

Who would rate adidas with one star?
Do I mean customer service and sales representatives in related shops?
Question 1: yes I did rate it with one star..
Question 2: no, I rated the quality not the service or outlets..
I tried it 2 times.. Didnt like it..
Its heavy
Tough
Not very comfortable
I hated it
It harmed my feet
Never again.. It might be of different quality outside UAE..
But honestly it was the worst sport shoe ever bought..
