Extremely disappointed, I liked those bags for a gift but all of them were damaged. When I asked the staff if all of them are damaged they said yes and put them back on the shelf for sale. They didn’t check if it can be cleaned, nor checked for more items in the store room. Just a blanc answer. Such careless and irresponsible attitude.

I love koton ! But why don't they bring a men's section in dubai!? I always need to go to turkey and TOP up my selection!
