Excellent Excellent food. Great service. We were served by Ms. Henna. She really helped us with our menu selection. Very well served. Presentation of food. Proper English food. The roasts were great n the salmon with root vegetables. Loved the sticky chocolate pudding. We thank the Chefs n his team for Excellent quality food. Helpings are good n even the side dishes are plentiful. Great restaurant. Ambience is cool n relaxed. They have TVs ... if u like to catch up on sports. Also have a smoke room on the side. Sundays they have roast meats day.

I visited 2 another restaurant in this beautiful hotel and was curious about one more with Egyptian huge cat near the entrance!
If you don’t smoke, you can sit in non-smoking part of the restaurant. There are plenty food for everyone: I tried mushroom on toast and salmon (they didn’t have it in the menu but made for me because I don’t eat fried food and meat, so instead of fish and chips I got amazing healthy dinner with steamed fish, salad, vegetables and sauce)! Thank you so much for your kindness, professionalism and atmosphere in your stylish restaurant!

Honestly they deserve 6 stars.
I have been here before, having a great time, but today they proved to be exceptional.
Xmas brunch, one of those events during the year, where normally prices are over the roof and everywhere sucks, The Nine was OUTSTANDING.

Great OUTSTANDING service, attentive professional and sweet.
Rohit and Imitaz are two legends.

Food OUTSTANDING , every single dish was carefully cooked, seasoned well and presented at best.

Prices OUTSTANDING, just right. It’s not a cheap place, but it was worth every single shekel.

location and atmosphere OUTSTANDING, not overcrowded, nice folks, live singer, no smoking.

I had a great experience, like I didn’t have in long long time.
Thank you guys and merry Xmas.

Service was good, cocktails were extremely good, fish and chips were tasty, pies were mediocre. The blue cheese pie was just full of potato, no flavour etc.. super disappointing as I was excited to try this restaurant.

Upon the recommendation of the reception of the Obelisk Hotel (Arun), I visited "The Nine" on a Saturday afternoon during happy hour ("We don't serve milk").

I was curious to see how the interior would look to me and I am thrilled! It's supposed to be a kind of sports bar, but effectively it combines two worlds:
A sports bar with several screens and a classy bar where you can have a high-quality drink and traditional food.

I especially like the atmosphere, as well as the two open kitchens.

However, I would especially like to mention the staff, who are extremely friendly, courteous and competent. Special thanks to:

Yulub (I am it is wrong, but I mean the chef :-) )

Price:
These are normal/average prices. The selection of prosecco/sparkling wine could be a bit bigger in the lower mid-range. Currently, the cheapest prosecco is available for AED 375 (other bars from AED 280).

Since I'll be moving in there soon, I'm sure I'll be there a lot. Keep up the good work!

Nice restaurant, very pretty and decent service. We popped in for lunch and the place was empty lol.

The waitress was nice and she recommended what food we should get and advised us of the Sunday Roast deal too.

We liked the food but the portion for the Caesar salad was smaller that we thought.

Ps- It was more expensive than other similar places we have been to, but I can’t justify that higher price.

While we made the reservation, we clearly mentioned that we are coming for birthday celebration, and the restaurant is open till 1am, so definitely we will expect a cake at 12am, for birthday celebration, but they said sorry the kitchen is closed & we can’t arrange a cake right now.

Which made us very sad that you guys spoiled our day.
