I bought a Tote bag from Givenchy two days ago and upon returning to my home country (Oman), I found out that the security tag was not removed from my bag. It is very unfortunate because there is no way to take it off. Now I have to wait until I can visit Dubai again?!

The worst customer service ever:(
I bought 3 suites and they asked me to visit stitch in time store in Dubai mall for alteration on my own expenses “ they didn’t know stitch in time was permanently closed in Dubai mall ????
