Great building to live in. Management is responsive. Security is strict. The place is well maintained.

Well the location, the look and the feel of the building is amazing. However the quality of construction is poor, too many breakdowns in short span of time. The building has great swimming pools, beautiful Gym and amazing Sauna and Steam. A Squash Court and the entrance is beautifully done. The reception area could be compared to any upscale Hotel. Parking spaces and driveways in the basement are spacious too. Overall a good experience to live here.

Nice building. Kind security people. The only bad thing the woman bathroom shower was dirty and the black guy who watches the pool area is supposed to stay until 10 pm, but he wants to leave early and he just leaves. Nice view.

This residential tower is in one of Dubai's most prime location, the Marina.
The pent on the 19th floor gives a spectacular view of the Marina on one side and the Sheikh Zayed Road on the other.
The maintenance is bit of a letdown. The main entrance door to the building was faulty and hence there was humidity in the reception area.
Apparently the association takes care of the maintenance and I can imagine, when most of the investors are probably out of the country.

I'm staying in this place. I love it it makes you feel the dubai vibe. I can recommend it if you want enjoy your staying In dubai with less cost of paying rent. I pay 2600 dhirams per mo thmm
