Indian guy at the Vans store - dubai mall. PRATEEK. Super arrogant. Chewing gum in the store and answering questions like as if he’s doing us a favor. My husband and me went to buy a pair of sunglasses, and if it wasn’t for the lovely African lady there who made a genuine effort to make a sale, we would have just left the store. Sorry to say, prateek needs to be replaced. He clearly hates his job!

Worst customer service. Item bought 4 days ago and in original form with tags and receipt and paid in full price, but they still refused to return it although the receipt says I can! I am told I have to go all the way back to Abu Dhabi for the return. So pay more than the item for the commute. Ridiculous. They tried to convince me in a gift card. Never buying Vans again

Liars! I bought a tshirt which was on promotion. I then wanted to exchange it with another item and they refused stating no exchange or refunds on promotional items even though it was not stated on the receipt. THis was a couple of months ago. A girl walked in the shop with a promotional item and they exchanged it with no problem what so ever. Maybe if I was Pinay I would be treated better! The same cashier refused to give me her name! Poor service!

Had clothes listed on the shelves for 179 dhs. When we got to the counter to pay , we were charged 279 dhs. The store worker claimed all the items were mistakenly labelled, then ripped off the price tag and refused to sell it for the listed price. Very bad service indeed.

I was lucky enough to be given some of this beautiful soap as a gift from my sister after she visted your shop, I have fallen in love with it as it smells amazing (particularly lavender and cedarwood!) and leaves my skin feeling so soft. I also love that it doesn't contain Palm Oil and comes in recyclable packaging. I order mine online and the service has been wonderful. Thank you for making such a beautiful product :-)

If you haven't used Lomond soap you don't know what you are missing. Never had such smooth hands. Its as ethical as you would want a soap to be and best ingredients. Never go for second best.
