DO NOT trust Geekay games with any digital or pre-order purchases.
I had two consecutive scamming experiences. They provided a digital key for Xbox Live that had already been redeemed. The second time I pre-ordered a game that never came and after multiple calls and trips to the store they gave me credit after the game had been released!!
Support will ignore you and only answer if your query is to buy something, once the sale is done they have nothing to do with you.
What a shame!

Having been there around 7 or 8 times, unfortunately all I can say is that the service here is atrocious, either I get ignored or receive the absolute bare minimum attention.
When buying something it feels like they just want you to leave.
When just browsing, I have had a store assistant simply barge in front of me while on the phone to verify stock for someone else.
The only reason they get two stars instead of one is because they are the only UAE stockist of one of my favourite brands and they sell it at MSRP.
