Friendly atmosphere, thanks to Costa DM team. And it’s one of the shops of the chain where they always remember to ask if I need chocolate on my coffee :) It’s important because I never need it, but I always forget to mention it.
Super friendly and always smiling team!
PS: well done on this month speciality coffee, iced flat white is great!

I love it, very quite , sometimes busy yet still quite
The staff are very very friendly

Alot of plugs if want to use your laptop , their internet is decent fast as well
The view is not on. The good side but it keeps it hidden and again ..quite

It's near parking, washrooms and food court

It's my best place to work from

The coffee shop was clean and tidy. There was high chairs available for our baby twins.

The choice of food and beverage was nice and served us within timely manner.

You Are Big Big Scamer !! its not about the problem to pay its about that you sell the S Cocacola 0,5 for 16 AED ????? come on scamers !! you alredy doing good profit form the pther staff which is fine because that food coffee but to put price 16 AED for 0,5 cocacola ??? you are realky scamer you do 3 time more than you profit !! Discusting i want everday your clints! i will never eat there abythimg again !! you shoud be little logic not greedy !!

Good place for being a little bit isolated from the crowds in the biggest mall of the world
But the choice of wraps is not as big

The person taking the order totally lacks knowledge. Asked her for vegan sandwich which she said is not available when the shelf clearly had one . I then asked for a vegetarian and eggless dish and she served me turkey. I am a pure vegetarian and allergic to non veg items. I spoke to the manager about this. I think the people taking the order should have a minimum knowledge and common sense of what food is available and what is the customer asking for. A totally ridiculous experience with this lady here. I couldn’t note her name but she was the one taking the orders today at around 1:30 pm afternoon. With a little bit of check from your end and by asking the manager (as I raised a complaint with him) you will be able to find out who the lady was. She definitely needs to be trained to listen to the customers order and not rush into her own assumptions.and she needs to correct her attitude. This is not the attitude one can hold towards customers especially after knowing that you have made a mistake. Such experiences make us lose faith in the brand all together. Didn’t expect this kind of incompetency from a reputed place like Costa.
