My experience at Prada was amazing. The staff was lovely and helpful. Usman was assisting me with my purchase. I just showed him the picture and the item was infront of me in just couple of minutes. Everything was immaculate.

The sales lady with curly hair who was serving us today evening (18/01/2023)at dubai mall was extremely impolite. She should not treat customers as if we are wasting her time. Put off getting the bag I was planning to get this evening
