A small Virgin store. Clean well managed and maintained. Not much of a variety of products. Handy for the communities nearby. Friendly and helpful staff. Nearby parking

Very organised store and friendly staff
The arabic gentleman at the counter was very helpful and had very good products knowledge. Also providing options for purchases.
The other staff as well knew the specs of the products, I was asking for headset with a mic and they knew which model to recommend

Do not buy from them! They refused to fix or replace the manufacturing defective product. The case was elevated to the consumers rights authority in Dubai and they will help us to get our rights back from those scammers...

I don't recommend this store or any Virgin store here in UAE as they sell fake products with no warranty. You better order from Alibaba instead! They don't even help you after they steal your money.

The worse service ever selling fake apple i pads and AirPods to people and when I took it to Apple Store they said they cans fix it because it’s not original !!! When I went to them they denied and said they also can’t fix or replace!!!!!
