Services are fast. Staff is friendly right from the main desk till we get the vehicle back. Very much courteous. Also quick check of vehicles with precise details. All updates on the phone will either deliver to home documents or electronic documents. They also have self use machines if you don't want to wait till documents come you can print it there itself. Overall satisfactory process. Plus the testing center is close to old Dubai.

True customer happiness by all means, special thanks to Mrs Khaldija Bari for her support, professionalism, and engagement. I was reluctant to pay a visit worrying from no cooperation and support of losing my plate number renewal date, the minute I landed in and explained my request Mrs Khadija extended the best support on timely manner. Thank you so much ! One of the respected centers for car registration renewals. I highly recommend using their services, they are supportive, prompt, clean and timely fast.

I have been in this center a couple times for car registration renewal. They are well organized. The whole process (from car inspection to issuance of registration card by machine) took around an hour.
I will definitely be back.

To complete my transaction electronically, the last step was to collect the registration card and number plates. I opted for Belhasa Wasl. On RTA’s page, the location is mentioned as “Saif Belhasa Group of Comp” but I can confirm this is indeed the correct place. I approached the self-service corner, they didn’t know how to proceed, next I proceeded to Reception. They issued a token and I had to wait for the service agent to manually process it from their end. Overall a 5 minute job but due to lack of knowledge turned into an hour long ordeal.

On the other hand, location is excellent just off Al Khail Road towards Nouras Street; plenty of (unshaded) parking, and clean space.
