I was told to leave my shoe for repair 2 months ago as it was faulty. I went back twice to find out what happen to my shoe without success. Last time
I was told that the head office did not respond to their email Yet.

Poor service, 3 staff just standing around a counter and didn't offer to help the entire time we were inside. Not up to Zegna standards.
