We were looking an apartment in Liwan.

They have bad and unprofessional service, I don't recommend them at all, you need to take care when signing with them and especially their agents as they promise you with something then they deny it, reconsider dealing with them.

Zooma Properties, in particular their agent Nada Shawish, were proactive from the first time I contacted them looking for a new property to rent, right up to the point of moving in.
Nada was extremely helpful and guided me through the processes with the property management company, DEWA etc. and the maze of paperwork and online form filling.
