We came for dinner this evening . Lovely place and amazing meal. One if the nicest meals we've had out. Had excellent service too. Highly recommend the drive out to here 100% worth it. We will certainly be back if were ever out this way again.

My family and I stayed here one night on our way out to the Highlands and I really wish we had more time to spend here! The road to the Inn was windy and a bit scary at times if you are not used to driving narrow, sometimes one lane, roads. The Inn is nestled in the village and is worth the drive. The room was clean, cozy, comfortable, and so beautifully decorated. My son loved the bunk beds. The outside seating area is quiet and peaceful. We had drinks there are proceeded inside for dinner. The food is amazing! Staff and service are equally amazing. We highly recommend this inn and don't make the same mistake we did by only staying one night! You can easily stay here for a few nights.

2 out 4 dishes poor .
The salmon ,bream fine.
Curiously the soup had little flavour.
The risotto was a pile of mush.
I can't believe anyone would dish up that.
Risotto rice is of course meant to have a "bite".
Inexplicable.
Two dishes to avoid.

Fantastic place! Special mention to the staff you were both really excellent; knowledgable, friendly and chatty. The food was always 5 stars and at a very reasonable price. Great drinks too. Loved it all

Stopped for dinner bed and breakfast on a motorbike trip.

Stunning location and immaculately presented. Rooms were excellent, food incredible and the staff went above and beyond throughout.

Particular thanks to Tristan, he made us feel at home and was full of local knowledge.

For bikers, take a puck as the car park is gravel. Its well packed but better safe.

Amazing food and friendly knowledgeable staff. Recommend the venison pie, it was the tastiest pie I've had (high praise from a Lancashire lass ????). The pie was crammed with tender pieces of venison. It may be a 300 mile journey, but we will definitely be back.

We only stayed one night here on a 2 week vacation around Scotland. I really wish we would have spent more, as this was one of our favorite places. We will certainly stay more nights here the next time we're in Scotland.

We were staying just up the road from kilchrenan Inn and don't know why we didn't try it sooner , leaving it till our last day we booked in for dinner. I had the gravadlax to start and the venison pie for mains. My wife had poached pear for starters and pork cheek for mains all of which were mouth watering. The meat just fell apart.. the chef even came out to discuss gluten-free options with my wife which was great. The beer, food, and friendly atmosphere made for a most wonderful evening. Thankyou to all the staff.. needless to say we will be back????
