I recently had a recurring experience with Parcel Monkey's customer service that left me frustrated and dissatisfied. Despite giving them multiple chances over the years, I found their level of service to be consistently poor. Here's a brief review of my experience:

First and foremost, the customer service representatives I interacted with were unhelpful and seemed disinterested in resolving my issues. Their lack of empathy and unwillingness to go the extra mile to assist me left a lot to be desired.

Furthermore, I encountered numerous instances of misinformation and blatant lies during my interactions with their customer service team. It's incredibly frustrating when a company's representatives don't provide accurate information or provide false promises, as it creates a sense of distrust and adds unnecessary stress to an already frustrating situation.

To make matters worse, it appears that Parcel Monkey's customer service lacks genuine care for their customers. I felt like just another number in their system, with my concerns being brushed off and my requests for improvement falling on deaf ears. It's disheartening to invest time and effort into a company that shows no regard for the customers it serves.

Based on my experiences, I would not recommend Parcel Monkey to others. If you're looking for reliable customer service and a company that genuinely values its customers, it's best to explore alternative options in the market.

They have not only lost my parcel and cant find it in their system now i am having to email them multiple times to get a refund. I will never, never use this company ever again. I urge everyone to read the reviews online before sending parcels off with them. I am contacting the head office and have sought advice from citizen advice, I am willing to take them to a small courts claim to get my money back. Companies like this should not continue trading in this way and get away with it!

No stars. As of 5.4.23 UPS informed me my shipment was lost. Parcel monkey is responsible for doing business with this courier--they took $800 from me and all my stuff is gone. I would avoid booking with parcel monkey. They charge you a lot of money and then give a you a huge run-around if something goes wrong. They promise convenience and professional service but all they did was fleece me.

I would give no stars to Parcel monkey. I paid over $800 to send personal items to the Czech Republic from USA. I prepared the shipment per their instructions but still have not received shipment. There are many rules for different countries and Czech Republic requires you to pay sales tax from USA on top of the boatload of money you pay PM. Now my host in Czechia said that they refused delivery at her house. I have been talking to UPS in Czechia repeatedly. I'm due in Czechia tomorrow and I still haven't gotten my books blankets or clothing. What a fiasco. I would never have dealt with UPS or PM if I knew it was going to be this hard to move to Europe.

Tldr: don't use Parcel Monkey. Cancelled my overseas shipment service and failed to return my package after it got stuck in USPS postal system. Customer service can't/won't help.

Long version: I cannot understate what an awful experience this has been. I wanted to send a small box from the US to the UK to a friend and Parcel Monkey seemed like a quick but affordable option. Shipped it April 21st and the tracker number provided ceased to show any progress after a week or so.

On May 11, I get notification that the service has been suspended by the courier Asendia and that the package would be returned to the mailing address. Okay, not great, but I received a refund for what I paid to ship and supposedly the package was back on the way via USPS. The package failed to be delivered when it was dispatched by the local post office, but I assumed that they would re-attempt delivery.

Nope. The package started crossing the US, first to Iowa and has been Kansas City at a post office being "prepared for delivery" since May 19. Parcel Monkey customer service has supposedly confirmed that the return address provided is correct on the package, but who knows-- they could be just checking the address I input on their site. Any attempts to get Parcel Monkey's assistance on resolving what's happening to the package has resulted in bland statements that they're investigating and suggestions that I should work with the Postal Service.

Parcel Monkey can't even get a simple postal service package that never left the country returned to the originating address, and there supposed to ship things overseas?! Their customer service is completely online and there's no phone number to contact. Parcel Monkey offered reasonable prices and what seemed like I good service, but like the old saying, if it's too good to be true, it probably is.

Terrible experience. Paid for express International shipping, quoted 2-5 days.

We're on day 106, package NOT delivered, ParcelMonkey does absolutely nothing. I'm having to push through with the shipper and they refuse to talk with me because I'm not the "shipper of record" - ParcelMonkey is.

At this point, I'm out product, out money - and 3 months.

Worst Service Ever.

Oh, and ParcelMonkey? PMSKOMF0 - that's the order.

I shipped three packages to Indonesia, paying a hefty sum for faster delivery through UPS, only to face a series of problems that left me empty-handed and deeply dissatisfied.

First and foremost, my packages never arrived at their intended destination, despite waiting for a staggering three months. This delay alone would have been unacceptable, but what's worse is Parcel Monkey's complete lack of assistance and refusal to provide a refund. I reached out to their customer service numerous times, desperately seeking answers and solutions, but to my dismay, my pleas fell on deaf ears. Their customer service was not only unhelpful, but frustratingly slow to respond, further exacerbating my frustration and amplifying the sense of helplessness.

What truly adds insult to injury is that I had to bear additional expenses, such as exorbitant taxes, for a service that promised efficient delivery through a reputable carrier like UPS. Parcel Monkey failed to uphold their end of the bargain, leaving me to deal with the financial repercussions and the burden of lost packages. To make matters worse, Parcel Monkey exhibited a complete lack of transparency regarding customs procedures and refused to take responsibility for any mishaps or damages that may occur during transit.

The level of disappointment I have experienced with Parcel Monkey is truly unparalleled. Their failure to deliver my packages, coupled with their unwillingness to assist or provide a refund, showcases a complete disregard for their customers' trust and satisfaction. I urge everyone to steer clear of this service, as it not only fails to deliver on its promises but also leaves customers stranded with no recourse for compensation or support.

In conclusion, my interaction with Parcel Monkey has been nothing short of a nightmare. The lost packages, lack of assistance, and abysmal customer service have left me deeply dissatisfied. I strongly advise against using their services and encourage others to seek alternative options that prioritize transparency, reliability, and customer care.

only gave 1 star so i could post a review!! my delivery was collected second time lucky.. initially said there was no one in to collect however i was in and no one attempted delivery.. collected last week and paid £25 for collection.. just had an email to say they were taking a further £76.60 for delivery charges to make up what the cost should have been!!!! no warning, just straight out of my bank account. and shock, no response when i contacted them

They will find any reason to not pay the damaged items that you've insured extra for peace of mind. I just receive a £20 gift for a £400 pound item that was smashed to pieces by the delivery company and for what I paid about £80 pounds with the insurance included + another £60 to redeliver it with another company + another £400 for the replacement item, because it's not the customers fault that his item was damaged. Now do the math.
