Easy to access. Friendly and energetic staff. Fuel, Lubes, and car wash available.
A refreshment space also attached, customers can have hot or cold beverages with snacks and light foods. Very neat, clean atmosphere. If the staff isn't too busy then they also in windscreen wash.

Only petrol pump in Fujairah with the fuel tanker above the sirface level.

A model fuel station. Locations is a bit remote, but it’s a saving grace for those plying the route.

It’s still new so not much of stuff is available at the Oasis Shop but other than that just another ADNOC filling station

Its always a pleasure when someone can make your experience smooth, concise and very pleasant. Matt made sure to take care of me to the absolute best of his abilities. SIXT has a truly special representative in him. 5 Stars is not enough to display his efforts and enthusiasm. Will absolutely utilize again, and hopefully Matt is the one to care for me again. I have used the Southampton Airport Branch many times since 2021, for multiple business trips. The team have always delivered a professional approach, and have catered well for my vehicle requirements!

Initially SIXT was extremely helpful. However there was NO JOINT INSECTION of the hire car. I collected the car from a multi storey car park and drove to my hotel. In daylight my wife and I immediately noticed two small scratches which would have been hard to see in the poor light of the multi storey car park. I then took a photo which is time stamped to show that the car had existing scratches. However I received a huge repair bill.
I will never use SIXT again

The car hire at Southampton was just fine. But BE FAIRLY WARNED if you intend to return to Heathrow. There is currently no signs posted showing rental drivers specifically where to return. You must get detailed location instructions before you drive!!

Another great experience with sixt. This is our second rental and it went very smooth. Staff were very friendly and professional in Southampton. Very easy to get to the airport from the cruise terminal. We switched to sixt after a horrible experience with another rental company in Southampton. Keep up the great work sixt!

Do not use for van hire
Tried to charge me £590 for a dent which luckily I was able to prove was there before I left.
The £590 was to cover the repair- none of the other dents had been repaired and frankly - it’s a van!!
Van was nice.. Apple play etc but not worth the hassle of 5 days worth of back and forth sorting this out and if you do have a bump- you will be charged ridiculous amounts for repair
Use alco in Winchester- much more sensible
If you must use make sure you take a detailed video of the car before leaving and after drop off.
On a plus side, the customer facing guy in the rental cabin was a delight!

FAIL ! Although Sixt is our preferred car hire provider the SOU branch closes within 30 minutes of our scheduled landing. They were willing to take our online booking and money but when we tried to phone the branch to confirm they would actually be open [if we were delayed] we were put thru to a crackly line call centre where the rep barely spoke English. Not the service we have come to expect from Sixt ! (Booked with Avis instead)

Since last summer I have been hiring a lot of cars. 10 years ago I had a lot of good experiences with Sixt, but the last couple of months they were average (compared to other companies). But, I have to say, my compliments to the Southampton branch of Sixt. They did their absolute best. I will be coming back here! Special shout out to Adrian at car return.
