Disgusting GP! The receptionists give different advice every time, there is no system there whatsoever. I been told by a "doctor" my symptoms are "nothing", just to go a&e and be seen in 20 minutes, with a fever of 39.7 and was prescribed antibiotics asap. On a good day they give you appointments, on a bad they don't. Horrendous. Shut it down. An online form is a joke!!!!! You get contacted in 3 week's time about a problem, test results aren't available either, only with an appointment and they call you at the wrong time, so you never even receive the information. A joke.

This is the worst gp ever!! They are so unprofessional and don't care to help patients at ALL from the doctors to the receptionist. I have booked appointments with the doctors for the same medical promblem that I have had for 2 years and I am still suffering. They don't make refrals or even see you face to face you would think they would take you serious since u have been suffering for 2 years with the same thing. I advised everyone to avoid and for those who are registered should go elsewhere.

Using my friend's account to post this review. This surgery realised that they were missing a large about of my medical notes and history, they told me they'd look into it and then never did. I also had a doctor's appointment to give me the results of a scan who said they couldn't give me any advice on how to move forward based on these results because they couldn't open an email... Requesting repeat prescriptions has been a constant nightmare. I've never spoken to a doctor that actually works at this surgery - only ever been assigned to the out of hours service who berate me for not speaking to my normal GP (!) I've never experienced such a bizarre system before. I hope they make some changes to resolve this chaos but suspect that nothing will ever change.

Went to update an error in the letter received by custom house surgery. My date of birth was wrong. The receptionist seems not happy with her job. She was serving me as if she is doing me a favor. Disappointed with the service and answers received about my queries.

Worse GP ever. Never have available appointments, not even for babies.

I've never seen in my life such a treatment, the staff is always rude.

There is no responsibility at all for the wellbeing of the patients.

This GP surgery is a proof of the health system in London.

I have been using this surgery ever since the old surgery with the two great doctors that were there closed down.

What can i say? there used to be doctors at Custom House Surgery who cared about the people coming to see them, sadly they have all retired & in truth I dont think anyone cares about us anymore.

If you call to get a appointment to see a doctor your told in no uncertain terms to use the "on line form" which used to be available 24/7 , then only 8am to 6:30 pm & now its just 11am to 6:30pm, seemd even their computers wants shorter hours. I have been told in the past by staff there when called to just go direct to out of hours service, Got told that at 8am, out of hours start at 18:30 , so in brief just get on with it for another 10 hrs.

They send out messages to remind you of appointments however when you cancel them well ahead of time you still get a message asking how would you rate them?

When NHS was doing a national survey some time back the surgery sent out messages to everyone say to make sure we give them 5 Star rating & remember how well they look after & care for us! That can not be further than the truth, they change managers about every 4-6 months, I feel sorry for some of the staff who answer the phone as they can see how the service has dropped.

I hope they can in prove but in truth I dont think they will

I didn’t want to even give 1 star! Appalling service. What a way to make to make someone feel when they are already feeling sick and vulnerable.

I think this every time I call this surgery however todays service was just terrible. A receptionist called Valerie, was rude and extremely condescending.

Doctor was very rude and not helpful. She just took my blood pressure and told me to go, I didn’t even have any suggestions or tips on how to keep my BP down since it’s regularly high (around 140). The appointment was roughly 3 mins!
