Absolutely brilliant service. Didn’t know it was even a thing until someone mentioned it in a post I was reading.
They collected our cases 3 days before we were due to sail. Once on board our cases were in our cabin before anyone else’s. On disembarkation the van was sitting right at the exit, they accepted our cases and were delivered to our house the next day - and we’re in Glasgow! Highly recommend and will be using them in future ????????

Just sailed away on our cruise from Southampton and The Baggage Handling Company have made it a completely stress free experience! If you are travelling far by train or plane please consider sending your cases ahead with these guys!

First time I have used the company but definitely won't be the last. Excellent service, polite and friendly staff. My only regret, should have used them years ago. Absolutely brilliant.

Very impressed. Everything was so easy and straight forward. From booking to collection to delivery. Would recommend with no hesitation. Delivered on time even though it was a bank holiday.

Excellent service. Baggage picked up on schedule and delivered back very quickly. Very efficient company.
I had a problem with forgetting correct labelling and it was sorted out on phone call.
Would highly recommend the Baggage Handling Company.

I would definitely recommend this company. I wish I had used them before when I struggled with the huge cruise case on the train from Edinburgh to Southampton
Pleasant, cheerful, efficient and flexible staff. A pleasure to deal with and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again
