When you take exit from the road, you will see an empty flat space. That's the parking. You can see a rough off-road near mountain that's the starting point. The first 1 km is challenging. You need to cross big rocks. Your heart rate may rise to 150. In this first 1 km trail is marked but you may get confused also. Don't forget to look for the rock markings.
After this, trail is clear and easy. Go for the summit. You will see a fork, one going right and other to left. Both reach to same place. You will the summit flag from distance.
Be careful while coming back. Because the trail soil is loose and rocks gets rolled. It makes walk difficult and little risky.

The 7km hike will take you 3 to 4h depending on how many breaks you take. If is not a family trail. Don’t take your kids or grand-parents (unless it’s your mother run law!). It is a 450m up climb hence you need to be relatively fit (it does feel like doing 3000 lunges!).
The climb is 99.9% under the sun. There is no tree. Hence wear a cap to protect your face, a good sunscreen and plenty of water. I did it in the afternoon, and I believe early in the morning the mountain should protect you from the sun. I went end of February and it was already hot. I would not recommend doing this hike during the summer.
Parking is easily accessible by any type of car (25.112111, 56.209306). The track is beautifully laid by Fujairah Adventure and those guys are doing an amazing job at creating a path and marking it with nice cairns.
The first part is a wadi with a bit of a sleep climbing. Then a clear path to the top (somewhere around 25.110029, 56.223232).
Path is clean but if you have a good heart, pick up some track if you find any on your way back down. I believe there is a special place in paradise for people who not only clean after themselves, but pick up other people trash as well :)
