Having spent the last 4 months in hiding, scared to leave my house, I had to venture here for some bits and the staff were so helpful and couldn’t have made me feel more safe. Would definitely recommend the little blue pills they have too!

I have hardly ever had a prescription ready to collect on time.....then I am spoken to and patronised by a staff member from the back, when asking where my prescription actually is, she then rolls her eyes at another customer (someone she obviously knew) about me. VERY rude.

How can you have a sign saying closed for lunch 1300 to 1320 so wait until 1330 with staff in store to be told they are closed put up a sign to say you are closed !!!

Quite possibly the rudest and most unhelpful shop staff on the planet.

I wouldn't go here if I had bubonic plague and they had the cure.

The only reason to go here is if you are trying to find the rudest people in Exmouth.

I would strongly recommend some customer service training for the female employee I spoke to on the phone. Clearly from this and other reviews, she is letting the business down.
