Absolutely awful - booked a car last night for my boss to go to the station this morning, they didn't turn up! I called them they said I didn't make the booking, my boss called them and they said they were outside her house and called her mobile - two different stories but ONE BIG LIE! Unprofessional, not dependable, absolutely zero customer service and rude - oh and charging £20 to go from SE24 to Brixton Station - would be daylight robbery if they actually had turned up! Avoid at all costs!

DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND.

They charged £30 for just for 2.5 mile. I asked why? They said this taxi is XL.

I have looked Uber and other applications and all of them charges max £7.42 for XL car.

I know why they charged this money because, my ankle twisted and I couldn’t walk and I needed a taxi immediately.

“I hope, one day you will have in this situation like me and you cannot find a taxi too.”

Awful, awful service. I booked a taxi 1 hour in advance,. When I called the office as the driver was late, I was told my taxi was on its way. Called again as the driver still had not arrived I was told there was no taxi coming!
The man at reception was incredibly rude, did not care to leave me stranded. Please do not use.
I used West Dulwich taxi instead in the end which offered great service.

Really odd, hung up the phone on me mid sentence for asking for a taxi? I thought that’s what you guys do?!

Don’t even bother calling, look elsewhere
